Return and Exchange Policy

As Emelia Cosmetics Textile Industry and Trade Limited Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure that the products you buy meet your expectations. However, in case of dissatisfaction about the products, the following refund and exchange conditions will be valid.

1. Return and Exchange Conditions

  • In order to request a refund or exchange, the product must not be used and delivered with the original packaging and labels.
  • Your request for refund or exchange from the date of delivery of the product 14 days should be done in. During this time, you can return or change your product.
  • You can start your return or exchange request by contacting our "Orders" section or by contacting our customer service.

2. Steps to be followed in return and change request

  • Request Request: You must send the product you want to return back to our address. Following your return request, the refundable products will be examined and transactions will be initiated according to the conformity status.
  • Change request: If you want to change the product, you may need to create a new order for the same product. The change process is done according to the product stock status.

3. Return and Exchange Fees

  • Refund and exchange operations free not. Customers who request refund or exchange are obliged to pay the shipping fee when sending the products back.
  • If the product is incorrect or defective, the shipping fee will be covered by Emelia.

4. Refund after return

  • The refundable products will be initiated after examining. Fee refund is made by the method in which the payment is made. For payments made by a debit card or credit card, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.
  • Products whose return request is not accepted will be sent back to the BUYER.

5. Uns returned Products

In the following cases, the return is not accepted:

  • If the product has been used or destroyed.
  • If the product has been made in the original packaging or labels.
  • In the campaign or discounted products, return or exchange may not be accepted in accordance with the specific conditions specified.
