Return & Exchange Policy
At Emelia Kozmetik Tekstil Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Company, we prioritize customer satisfaction and do our best to ensure that the products you purchase meet your expectations. However, in case of any dissatisfaction with our products, the following return and exchange conditions will apply:
1. Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with its tags intact.

Your request for a return or exchange must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. Within this period, you may return or exchange your product.

You can initiate your return or exchange request through the “My Orders” section on our website or by contacting our customer service team.
2. Steps for Return and Exchange Requests

Return Request: You must send the product you wish to return to the address we provide. Once your return request is received, the returned products will be inspected, and the process will begin if they meet the eligibility criteria.

Exchange Request: If you would like to exchange a product, you may need to place a new order for the same item. Exchange requests will be fulfilled depending on product availability in stock.
3. Return and Exchange Fees

Return and exchange procedures are not free of charge. Customers requesting a return or exchange are responsible for covering the shipping costs of sending the products back.

If the product is faulty or defective, the shipping fee will be covered by Emelia.
4. Refund After Return

Once the returned products are inspected and approved, the refund process will be initiated. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

For payments made by debit or credit card, the refund process will be completed within 7 business days.

Products that are not eligible for return will be sent back to the customer.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

If the product has been used or damaged.

If the original packaging or tags have been altered in any way.

For promotional or discounted products, returns or exchanges may not be accepted depending on the specific campaign conditions.
